PH Neutralizer and Conditioner Concentrate instantly neutralizes alkaline film on flooring. This efficient formula enables rinsing and conditioning of floor surfaces in just one step and prepares surfaces for proper sealing. Just add two to four ounces per gallon of water and complete your final rinse.  After, mop up or extract the remaining liquid. Allow flooring to dry completely before applying floor finish materials. This product can also be used in the winter for an ice melt neutralizer.
