TERMS:

Net 30 days from date of invoice to all pre-credit approved accounts. All other shipments will require cash with the order. No C.O.D. shipments. Any account past due will be put on credit hold and subject to the finance charges stated on the invoice.

ORDER MINIMUMS:

WePak, LLC requires a minimum order of $250.00. Orders under $250.00 will be accepted with a handling charge of $25 and customer will be responsible for freight charges.

PRICING:

Pricing is quoted by cases (12/1 quart & 4/1 gallon), pails (5 gallon), and drums (30 gallon & 55 gallon).

FREIGHT TERMS:

All freight is FOB Athens, TN.

Freight is prepaid on all orders exceeding 1000 pounds. Shipments under 1,000 pounds will be shipped as FOB Athens, TN, Freight Prepaid and freight charges will be added to your invoice. Any charges (i.e. liftgate) other than the standard freight charge will be billed to the customer. All product is shipped on 42”x 48” pallets and the pallets must NOT be double-stacked.

FREIGHT DAMAGES / SHORTAGES / OVERAGES:

If any part of the shipment is damaged, short or over, take delivery at once and have the carrier acknowledge the damage or shortage,
and make proper notation on your freight receipt. Send the delivery receipt noting the damages, shortages, or overages to shipmentexceptions@wepakonline.com within a 48-hour period of receiving the order. Failure to comply within the stated time period, may result in an ineligibility for credit.

PRIVATE LABEL MINIMUMS:

WePak, LLC maintains a complete private label, customized program.

Minimums are as follows:

12/1 Quart – 15 cases      4/1 Gallon – 15 cases           5 Gallon – 15 pails  Drums – 1 Drum

CUSTOMER BLENDING:

Custom blending is available with a minimum of 120 gallons per product.

PACKING:

All cases are oyster white with a label designating brand, name of product, pack size and bar code. Additional sprayers and safety caps can be added at additional charges.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE AND HANDLING:

Do NOT double-stack pallets of product. For storage and handling information refer to the product SDS.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:

All products are shipped in accordance with D.O.T. regulations. All labels are OSHA GHS compliant. Any EPA regulated products under
the Wepak brand are registered within the states sold. Private brand distributors are responsible for the registration of their products within the states marketed. Packaging is not designed to be shipped by UPS / FedEx. Customer is responsible to overpack the products to reduce damage.

WARRANTY:

All products are warranted as per the label for one year. Claims must be made within 12 months of the invoice date. The manufacturer neither makes nor authorizes any agent or representative to make any other warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness, use or application of Wepak, LLC products.

PRICING:

All previous arrangements for special pricing for current bids and quantity pricing are null and void with this price sheet.
